Who runs this site

This website is published for Elena Harper, Managing Broker & Team Lead with Harper & Vale Group, an affiliate of Compass Points Realty LLC. The site is built and hosted by AgentFaro (agentfaro.com), which operates the technology on Elena's behalf and processes the information described below only for that purpose.

What the site collects

If you submit a contact or home-value form, the site sends the fields you typed (name, email, phone if given, your message or property address) together with the page you sent it from, your IP address and browser identifier to AgentFaro, which delivers it to Elena Harper. Apart from the visit statistics described next, that is the only information this site collects.

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Visits are counted without cookies; see Visit statistics. Your color-theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your own browser's local storage and never leaves it.

Visit statistics

Elena keeps simple statistics about how this site is used: which pages are visited and for about how long, how people found the site (for example a Google search, or an AI assistant such as ChatGPT), the general area they visit from, to the city, whether they use a phone or a computer, and whether a call, email, directions or form button is used. No cookies are used and nothing is stored in your browser for this. To recognize repeat visits and keep spam out, your IP address is stored in scrambled form for up to 90 days. If you send a message through a form, your IP address is kept with your message, along with how you found this site and the pages you viewed before writing, so Elena can respond helpfully. These statistics never identify anyone who has not sent a message, and they are never sold.

How it is used

Form submissions are used to respond to you about buying or selling residential property and for no other purpose. Elena may keep your message in a customer relationship system to follow up. IP addresses and browser identifiers are used to block spam and abuse of the form.

Who it is shared with

Your submission is shared with Elena Harper and with AgentFaro as the service provider that operates the form and email delivery. It is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers. If a transaction goes ahead, Harper & Vale Group, an affiliate of Compass Points Realty LLC handles your information under its own brokerage policies, which are separate from this site.

Retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as Elena has a business reason to keep them, and spam-control logs for a short rolling window. You can ask for a submission to be deleted at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices

You can use every page of this site without submitting anything. You can ask what information the site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw from follow-up at any time by writing to team@harperandvale.example. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws have the rights those laws provide; the site honors requests made through the contact below regardless of where you live. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, there is nothing for it to switch off: this site does not sell or share anyone's information, whether or not the signal is sent.

Children

This site is intended for adults considering a real estate transaction and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

This policy is versioned. The effective date below changes when the wording does, and the current version is always at https://demo-metro-bold.sites.agentfaro.com/privacy.
